All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation. We process orders during regular business hours (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays. During special events or new collection launches, order processing times may be slightly longer.
Estimated Shipping Times
Here's when you can expect to receive your order:
Within the USA: Usually within 7-12 business days.
International Orders: Usually within 9-18 business days.

Shipping Charges
Shipping costs depend on the order size, weight, and shipping destination. All applicable shipping costs will be clearly indicated at checkout.
Order Tracking
As soon as your package is on its way, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs, Taxes, and Additional Fees
For international orders, please note that you may be responsible for customs fees, taxes, and other additional costs upon delivery. These fees are not included in your order and shipping costs.
Package Returns
If for any reason your package is returned to us, we're unable to reship it. All returned packages are processed as product returns.
